Contacts & Leads Management helps streamline sales processes, improve customer service, centralize customer data,
and enhance marketing efforts. Creating a customer and job is the starting point for any potential sale and/or job.
- It all starts with creating a new job/lead and entering contact information that include email, phone, name and address.
- The address is the customer billing address. Job addresses are likely the same, but the option exists to have seperate job address.
- Enter the job type and job description.
- Lead source identifies where the lead orginated. This information can be used later to track your marketing efforts.
- Once lead entered, a new job is created and the job dashboard is displayed
- There are multiple sections to the dashboard and the customer has its own section.
- You can edit and update the customer information simply clicking on the the edit (pencil icon)
- User the customer information section to maintain contact information as welll as tracking and prioritizing sales leads.
- Prioritizing your leads help turn them into customers.
